How to view patient information.
Viewing patient information can be completed by any Affordify platform user.
*Requirements
- Google Chrome Browser (can be installed from https://www.google.com/chrome/)
- Stable internet connection (high-speed preferred and recommended)
Creating a new patient in Affordify
- Sign in from https://affordify.net
- Search for an existing patient by Name, DOB (mm/dd/yyy) or swipe credit card that is on file for that patient.
- Select patient once they appear in the drop down list.
- Patient Information will be displayed under the "Patient Information" section.
